Its not just about turning up and doing someones hair, its about how you make your client feel, they need to trust you not only with their hair but in their homes, they need to know confidentiality is one of your principles and they can speak to you about anything. Hairdressing is one of the most personal jobs and ensuring my clients have the most professional experience with me is something Im obsessed with. 

I meet people from all warps of life in various situations from their wedding day to a loved ones funeral, turning up, putting my personal life aside and being the best I can be.
